不耦合装药对炸药能量利用率影响的实验研究Experimental Study of Effect of Uncoupled Charge on Energy Utilization Efficiency of Explosives

摘要(Abstract):
通过实验室实验以及数值模拟的方法,对不同不耦合系数装药下炸药在混凝土模型中爆炸所产生的爆破漏斗进行对比分析。得到在相同装药量情况下,不耦合系数分别为1.0、1.4和1.8时,爆破振速的衰减速度随着不耦合系数的增大呈现先减小后增大的趋势,爆破漏斗的体积随着不耦合系数的增大同样呈现先减小后增大的趋势。通过对爆破后粉碎区大小以及炸药爆炸所引起的爆破振动进行比较,发现存在一个最佳不耦合系数使得炸药的能量能够更加充分的利用,提高炸药爆炸时的能量利用率。
