黑山露天矿爆破参数优化数值模拟研究Numerical Simulation of Blasting Parameters Optimization in Heishan Open-pit Mine

摘要(Abstract):
为了改善黑山露天煤矿爆破效果,减少大块率,针对具有较好完整性岩体及较坚硬岩性特征的2505及2520等平台的爆破参数进行优化,开展不同孔距、坡顶距对爆破效果影响的数值模拟研究。通过现场岩石取样,进行密度测试、单轴抗压强度测试、直剪试验、巴西劈裂试验测试岩石强度、弹性模量、泊松比,获得现场岩石的真实力学参数。基于岩石真实力学参数确定模拟参数,建立了2.5 m、3.0 m、3.5 m三种坡顶距工况与5.0 m、5.5 m、6.0 m三种孔距工况下的有限元分析模型,分别对比分析了岩体整体的爆破损伤范围及孔口、坡顶线、坡面三处单元的拉应力作用,确定了适合黑山露天矿2505及2520等平台的坡顶距为3.5 m及孔距为6 m。通过爆破参数优化,有效改善了黑山露天煤矿爆破效果,提高了采矿施工效率3%以上。
