伞形水塔拆除爆破关键参数计算与数值模拟Calculation and Numerical Simulation of Key Parameters for Demolition Blasting of Umbrella Shaped Water Tower

摘要(Abstract):
在拆除某市区内的废弃伞形水塔的过程中,为了确定合理的爆破缺口关键参数,通过应力条件计算出水塔爆破缺口的圆心角大小和刚度条件计算出水塔爆破缺口高度,并基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,对水塔的定向倒塌进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明:通过应力条件及刚度条件计算出的爆破缺口圆心角大小及缺口高度使得水塔符合预期倒塌效果;当在水塔拆除的实际施工设计中,采用经验公式得到的爆破缺口不能实现水塔的顺利倒塌,同时,数值模拟分析也验证了水塔不能倒塌的结果。因此,水塔拆除爆破关键参数计算方法及数值模拟对实际工程具有理论指导意义。
