大孔径垂直深孔掏槽爆破处理露天矿下部采空区顶板技术Technology of Vertical Deep-hole Cut Blasting to deal with Roof of Goaf under Open-pit Mine

摘要(Abstract):
袁家村大型露天铁矿在采空区治理过程中,7#采空区暴露面积大、空腔纵深高,其顶板保安层要求厚度达30 m以上。根据7#采空区实际情况,在采空区上下贯通投影位置布置大孔径掏槽爆破孔,采用孔内及孔间毫秒延时爆破技术,对采空区顶板崩落处理,并利用崩落岩体对深部空腔进行有效充填,爆破效果良好,既保证了采矿作业的连续进行,也消除了采空区对生产安全的威胁。
