导爆管在工程应用中发现的问题及分析Defects of Detonating Tube in Engineering Application and Analysis

摘要(Abstract):
导爆管在爆破工程实践中是应用最普遍的起爆器材之一,但到目前为止,还没有制式仪器能事先检测导爆管传爆性。针对导爆管近10年来在工程应用中出现的问题,归纳出导爆管管径不均、无药、局部实心、传爆后多处破口、管内药量不达标、严重变形等12种现象,并给出了发现问题的途径和方法。更从提高产品质量和作业人员技能的角度谈了6点体会,供生产、运输和爆破作业单位参考。
