钢筋混凝土结构绿色爆破拆除技术Green Blasting Demolition Technology of Reinforced Concrete Structures

摘要(Abstract):
为了降低钢筋混凝土结构爆破拆除安全风险和环境影响,提出了绿色爆破拆除的概念,并发明了轴向预埋炮孔、切割箍筋、装药长袋、水耦合装药、炮孔堵塞压渣、柔性防护系统等一系列新技术。分析了这些新技术在减振、降噪、控尘、防飞石和毒气方面的作用原理。结合这些技术在武汉多个基坑支撑梁爆破拆除工程中的应用实践,验证了它们的绿色优势。钢筋混凝土绿色爆破拆除技术提高了城市复杂环境下爆破作业技术水平;弥补了绿色建筑在拆除报废环节的缺失,可用于各种钢筋混凝土结构的拆除。
