露天矿临近最终边帮控制爆破技术Controlled Blasting Technology of Open-pit Mine Final Side

摘要(Abstract):
为研究露天矿不同控制爆破技术对最终边帮的治理效果,以及对爆破振动波衰减和作业循环速度的影响等问题,着重探究PVC空气间隔预裂爆破方法对最终边帮控制爆破的适用性。以山煤集团河曲旧县露天煤业有限公司首采区大规模边帮治理工程为例,采用混装车可直接装药、PVC空气间隔柱间隔的新型空气间隔预裂爆破法同常规爆破法、密集缓冲孔法、传统预裂爆破法进行对比试验的手段,通过大量对比试验,监测各自控制爆破方法爆后边帮壁面平整度、保留岩体完整性和降振效果,以及作业循环时间,分析各自控制效果及优劣,得到结论:PVC空气间隔预裂爆破法在山煤露天矿可取得远优于常规爆破方法、密集缓冲孔法且不亚于传统预裂爆破的爆后壁面平整度和保留岩体完整性,相较于常规爆破降振率达到57%,且易于实现机械化、重复作业,作业时间缩减率为47.3%,有利于加快循环进度,实现边帮快速爆破处理。
