小断面急倾斜天井VCR法一次爆破成井数值模拟研究Numerical Simulation on One Time Blast Shaft-formirg of VCR Method with Small Section Steeply Dipping Courtyard

摘要(Abstract):
为研究小断面急倾斜天井VCR法一次爆破成井中的岩石夹制性问题,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D非线性动力学有限元软件进行了小断面VCR法爆破成井的数值模拟。根据C·W利文斯顿球状药包理论,采用5孔布置、单孔中心掏槽、同分层中心孔与边孔不等高装药间隔起爆进行研究。通过对压力等值面云图和塑性应变场等值面分布云图的分析,得到药包起爆后应力传播规律和材料破坏特征。结合现场小断面急倾斜天井一次爆破成井试验,验证了同分层中心孔与边孔不等高装药间隔起爆对解决小断面急倾斜天井VCR法一次爆破成井所面临的岩石夹制性问题的可行性。
