防护下的导爆索在高温火区爆破中的应用Application of Protected Detonating Cord in Fire Area Blasting

摘要(Abstract):
为了使普通导爆索能应用在高温炮孔中,采用陶瓷纤维套管与胶体水对导爆索进行防护,通过热电偶测温技术测量陶瓷纤维套管中的温度变化以及高温炮孔填土前后的温度变化。结果表明:填土后的炮孔中心温度在较长时间内才回升到先前的温度,有利于导爆索的保护;耐温隔热套管内下部温升速率比上部温升速率快,但最终都稳定在水沸点温度,防护下的导爆索在其底部温度为320℃炮孔中放置40 min后能正常起爆。
