光面爆破技术在过断层巷道掘进的研究与应用Research and Application of Smooth Blasting Technique in Tunneling Through Fault

摘要(Abstract):
谷家台铁矿深部开拓工程施工至28A断层区域,岩石破碎、节理发育、整体稳固性差,普通掘进法对顶板造成冲击破坏,冒顶现象时常发生,严重影响施工进度。分析了光面爆破的参数选取方法,明确了过断层巷道的光面技术参数,制定了光面爆破试验方案并进行实践应用。应用效果表明:该光爆技术能够维护围岩整体稳定性、有效解决断层冒顶问题,并且能够实现断层巷道顶帮壁面半孔率达到85%;通过合理炮孔布置优化,该光爆技术能够提高爆破进尺0.30 m,降低炸药单耗降低1.01 kg/m~3。
