赤峰元宝山电厂105m冷却塔爆破拆除Explosive Demolition of 105 m High Cooling Tower of Yuanbaoshan Power Plant in Chifeng

摘要(Abstract):
对1座高105 m、钢筋砼冷却塔进行了爆破拆除。由于建筑高径比低、塌落面小、周边环境复杂、工期紧张,在建筑物倒塌中心位置、切口边沿开设2 m×4.2 m的矩形定向窗、在支柱环和塔身上对称于倒塌中心线两侧开设小断面梯形高减荷槽(6~10 m),其对应圆心角为222°;采用非电簇联法复式导爆管孔内延期雷管构成的起爆网路。起爆后,建筑物向东南150°方向倾倒,爆堆较为集中,最远飞散物距离塔体约23 m,周边的其他冷却塔、泵房、管线等受保护建构筑物未受到影响,爆破取得良好效果。
