基于数值模拟的铁四院前大楼拆除爆破方案优化Optimization of Demolition Blasting Scheme of Tie Si Yuan Former Building based on Numerical Simulation

摘要(Abstract):
爆破拆除的铁四院前大楼为砖混外套框架的"楼包楼"特殊结构,周边环境复杂。为确定合理的爆破拆除方案和爆破参数,控制其倒塌姿态和爆堆范围,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,建立分离式耦合模型,对多个拆除爆破方案进行模拟分析,确定了单向折叠爆破方案,并对折叠爆破方案中的切口起爆时差,立柱破坏部位,立柱爆高等参数进行优化,其中上下切口起爆时差调整为1020 ms,中间与两侧时差为880 ms,后排支撑区立柱实施松动爆破,同时提高上切口立柱爆破高度。采用优化方案,建筑物被成功爆破,结构折叠形态明显,爆破效果理想。实际爆破结果表明,爆破切口的形成和闭合、结构倒塌过程、塌落范围与形态等与模拟结果基本一致。
