石嘴山热电厂厂房爆破拆除Explosive Demolition in Shi Zui-shan Thermal Power Plant

摘要(Abstract):
采用定向倾倒控制爆破技术成功拆除了在石嘴山热电厂内复杂环境下,高为55 m,建筑面积为30 000 m2的厂房。讨论了立柱炸高(高16.5 m)、爆破参数的选取、内外墙的预处理和安全防护措施,并通过合理地毫秒差分段延时起爆技术控制炸药单耗等措施,显著地降低了爆破振动和塌落振动。阐述了炮孔布置、单孔装药量等爆破参数。本次爆破爆堆的长度和高度小,取得了的良好的爆破效果。
