高速公路长区间跨线天桥群一次性联合爆破拆除One-time Combined Blasting Demolition of Cross-Line Overpass Group in Long Section of Expressways

摘要(Abstract):
在高速公路改扩建工程中,大量跨线桥梁不能满足现代交通的发展需求,面临拆除重建。传统人工拆除和机械拆除方式存在效率低、周期长、交通干扰大等弊端,而爆破拆除凭借其安全、经济、高效等优点,是拆除高速公路跨线天桥的首选技术。依托京港澳高速公路湖北境鄂豫界至军山段改扩建工程,对K1018+990~K1048+550区间内5座跨线天桥实施了一次性联合爆破拆除。通过对等截面悬链线无铰拱桥、斜腿刚构桥、中承式拱桥和钢架拱桥等4种类型桥梁开展定量化设计、精细化施工和多维度防护,实现了安全高效的爆破拆除目标。实践结果表明:通过合理设计爆破切口和起爆顺序,能够有效控制桥梁的倒塌姿态和解体效果。基于无线电通信的分布式协同起爆系统,攻克了长区间内群桥同步起爆的时空协调难题。采用“覆盖防护+近体防护”防护措施,有效控制了个别飞散物的飞溅;“刚性支撑层+弹性缓冲层”防护体系,有效防止了桥体坍塌对高速路面的冲击损坏。本工程实践表明:通过精细化设计、协同化控制与多层级防护,可实现复杂环境下高速公路长区间跨线天桥群的安全高效拆除。
