张庄铁矿高阶段边帮光面爆破试验与应用Tests and Application of Smooth Blasting on High-stage Slope in Zhangzhuang Iron Mine

摘要(Abstract):
张庄铁矿一直采用大直径深孔爆破进行矿石崩落回采,新中段增加至90 m高后,为了有效控制爆破对高边帮完整性的影响,结合本矿山工程特性,通过分析现有控制爆破技术的适用性,引入光面爆破技术,定型孔径、装药直径、炮孔间距等爆破参数后,按不同线装药密度进行爆破工业试验。整个采场爆破后利用空区扫描技术对空区边界形状进行绘制,由此分析各组爆破试验实际效果,并确定了适合张庄铁矿高阶段边帮的主要光面爆破参数为:孔径165 mm、装药直径70 mm、不耦合系数2.36、线装药密度2 kg/m,该技术已在张庄铁矿其他采场广泛应用。
