准直孔掏槽技术在大断面隧道开挖中的应用Application of Quasi-parallel Cutting Technique in Large Section Tunnel Excavation

摘要(Abstract):
为了加快大断面隧道开挖速度,应用准直孔掏槽技术为分水岭隧道设计了新的爆破方案。该方案的显著特点是:主掏槽孔为8个准直孔,位于槽腔外围,与自由面的夹角为81°,装药量为掏槽药量的绝大部分,1段起爆;辅助掏槽孔为3个直孔,位于槽腔中心,孔底装少量炸药,3段起爆;准直孔先起爆,利用了直孔上部的空孔作用;直孔后爆,起到净腔作用。现场爆破效果超过了预期设想,爆破效率得到大幅提高,各项经济技术指标得到明显优化,成功实现了准直孔掏槽爆破,为隧道开挖速度的提高提供了有力的技术支持。
