聚能切割爆破技术在煤矿冻结管处理中的应用Application of Cumulative Cutting Blasting in Frozen Tubes in Coal Mine

摘要(Abstract):
煤矿冻结管在立井施工后期多作为注浆之用,但必须在地下某一深度将其切断,由于空间狭小没有爆破作业面,只能从管体内部进行装药爆破切割。为了克服地压和水压对管体本身及爆破能量的影响,根据上述工程特点设计环形聚能切割爆破方案。以焦作某矿回风井冻结管的爆破工程实践为例,介绍了该方案中环形聚能切割弹的筒式结构形式、爆破器材选取、实际药量计算及起爆网路设计,并从安全施工的角度阐述了切割弹的投放起爆操作注意事项及爆破施工安全措施,以供爆破同行借鉴参考。
