井下垂直深孔爆破堵塞长度的作用机理与工程实证Research on Fracture Control Mechanism and Practical Validation for Blocking Length Optimization in Underground Vertical Deep-hole Blasting

摘要(Abstract):
井下垂直深孔爆破因自由面受限、能量释放通道单一,对堵塞长度高度敏感,其合理取值直接影响爆破能量利用与块度分布。文章借助理论分析、模型试验、LS-DYNA数值模拟和现场试验,探究堵塞长度对垂直深孔爆破的影响。理论分析显示:在抵抗线5 cm条件下,堵塞长度5 cm时孔内应力衰减最慢。模型试验采用混凝土试块,固定抵抗线5 cm,设置堵塞长度0 cm、2 cm、4 cm、5 cm四组方案,结果表明:爆破漏斗半径和爆堆质量随堵塞长度增加先升后稳,5 cm时漏斗半径达7.9 cm,爆堆质量207.96 g,块度均匀性最佳。在现场试验中,按照相似比换算后采用1.0 m堵塞,获得块度均匀且无冲孔现象,验证了5 cm为最优堵塞长度的结论。研究成果为优化井下垂直深孔爆破工艺提供了理论与实践依据。
