两栋紧邻的不同结构高楼同时爆破拆除Simultaneous Blasting Demolition of Two Adjacent Tall Buildings with Different Structures

摘要(Abstract):
针对在城市复杂环境中,一栋15层高51 m的全剪力墙结构高楼,与另一栋高38 m宽25 m的3层大跨度训练楼,两楼中间仅有一条5 cm宽的沉降缝,紧邻的两栋不同结构的高楼同时进行爆破拆除,采用了一种双"3切口"定向爆破拆除的方案。两栋紧挨的高楼作为一个爆破整体考虑,通过在两栋楼房分别设置3个爆破切口,选用合理的技术参数、施工方法和爆破危害控制措施,采用数码电子雷管和导爆管雷管混合起爆网络,最终实现了训练楼原地坍塌、主楼定向倾倒的爆破效果,爆堆位置及高度、振动监测、飞石控制等均在安全范围内。
