框架结构厂房定向爆破拆除及效果分析Directional Explosive Demolition and Effect Analysis of Frame Structure Plant

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了复杂环境下30 m高混凝土框架结构热电厂厂房定向爆破拆除实例,结合该厂房结构坚固,爆破作业条件差和爆破振动易引起电气设备停止运行的特点,首先确定了爆破切口高度为6 m,并运用Mi-das/civil有限元软件对厂房进行倒塌失稳分析,然后对非承重墙、管道及钢架支撑等进行预处理,并估算出爆破振动安全距离为9.2 m,同时在办公楼前搭钢架并覆盖塑料网进行防护,最后对爆破振动速度进行了现场实时监测和数值分析。实践表明:爆破振动数值分析和现场监测结果基本一致,爆破振动对电气设备的正常运行无影响。
