破碎矿体水平深孔落矿爆破试验研究Experimental Study of Horizontal Deep-Hole Blasting in Fractured Orebody

摘要(Abstract):
破碎矿体开采中常遇到爆破装药困难、不易堵塞、顶板塌落、生产效率低等问题,而水平深孔爆破可以解决此类问题,但因孔径大、装药量大、爆破振动危害大,水平深孔爆破应用较少。针对水平深孔落矿的应用难题,提出不耦合装药结构和逐孔毫秒延时起爆技术,有效的降低了爆破震动危害,降低了炸药单耗,取得了良好的爆破效果。通过现场试验,验证了水平深孔落矿在破碎矿体开采中的适用性,水平深孔落矿炸药单耗0.28 kg/m~3,采矿效率144.99 t/d,采切比3.10 m/kt,采矿成本40~50元/t。
