隧道爆破对临近高压输电铁塔的振动影响分析Influence Analysis of Tunnel Blasting Vibration on Adjacent High Voltage Transmission Tower

摘要(Abstract):
针对高压输电铁塔爆破振动安全控制标准不明确,难以指导施工的难题,以某在建高速公路隧道工程为依托,设计单循环200 kg工业炸药量级隧道爆破掘进孔网参数,开展临近高压铁塔塔基质点爆破振动现场监测,对振动信号进行统计分析,研究了隧道爆破施工对临近高压铁塔的振动响应特征及振动信号的衰减规律。结果表明:随着爆心距的减小,塔基质点振动峰值合速度呈增大趋势,振动能量集中频带向低频方向发展,振动频率受隧道围岩裂隙发育程度的影响较明显;竖直方向的振速峰值均大于水平方向的振速峰值,要重点关注塔基竖向振动危害,防止塔基面介质的沉降;采用多段别延期起爆网路,严格控制低段别雷管的最大起爆药量,可有效削弱爆破振动对高压铁塔的危害效应。通过数据拟合,得出了本工程条件下隧道爆破质点振动传播衰减公式。本隧道工程将高压铁塔处的爆破振动速度控制在1.0 cm/s以内,确保铁塔安全运营,因此建议电力主管部门和制法机关适当放宽电力设施周边爆破作业的管控范围。
