伞形钢筋混凝土水塔爆破拆除Explosive Demolition of Umbrella Reinforced Concrete Water Tower

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了在某校复杂环境下对伞形钢筋混凝土水塔实施爆破拆除的工程实例。针对水塔水罐体积大,整体力学结构强度高及周边环境复杂的特点,预先在水塔上开凿宽0. 75 m,高1. 2 m导向窗减少爆破面积,在水塔1. 6 m开设正梯形状爆破切口,切口对应的上圆心角α为210°下圆心角260°,上沿长5. 76 m,下沿长7. 26 m。采用非电簇联接力复式网路,激发针起爆形式,保证安全准爆,并制定合理有效的安全防护措施,尤其对爆破飞散物和水塔倒塌振动分别采用防护排架进行格挡和在指定倒塌区域挖坑铺松散沙土、垫草层及堆砌减振砂土埂。通过现场观察,爆破飞散物和倒塌振动的得到了有效地控制,取得了较好的爆破效果。
