团山隧道水压爆破技术研究Study on Hydraulic Blasting Technology of Tuanshan Tunnel

摘要(Abstract):
隧道爆破施工时,常规爆破方法炸药利用率低,产生的粉尘多,对环境污染大。以团山隧道爆破施工为背景,采用水压爆破方案,对隧道采用单侧壁导坑法开挖,并进行爆破方案设计。其中炮孔直径为42 mm;采用单式楔形掏槽;周边眼孔距为40 cm,抵抗线距离为50 cm;辅助眼孔距为100~120 cm,抵抗线距离为80~100 cm;底板眼孔距为60~70 cm,抵抗线距离为50~60 cm;周边采用光面爆破,不良地质及浅埋地段采用微震控制光面爆破,在爆破后对隧道拱顶下沉及水平收敛情况进行监测。结果表明:水压爆破与常规爆破相比能增加炸药能量利用率,增强爆破效果,缩短施工时间,增加经济效益和降低灰尘保护环境,并且由监测结果表明使用水压爆破对隧道围岩的破坏较小,能较好的维持隧道围岩的稳定,保证后续施工安全。
