4栋整浇全剪力墙结构高层住宅楼爆破拆除Blasting Demolition of Four High-rise Residential Buildings with Full-cast and Full-shear Wall Structures

摘要(Abstract):
4栋未完工的整浇全剪力墙结构高层住宅楼控制爆破拆除工程,综合考虑作业安全、塌落振动和后续清运便利等因素而采用双切口单向折叠一次起爆微差分批倒塌的控制爆破方案。通过对切口范围内剪力墙体采用由"面"变"柱"的预处理、试爆调整药量、以及利用数码电子雷管与导爆管雷管优化起爆网路编排4栋楼房不同倾倒方向和起爆时差等技术,共钻孔23 408个,总装药量780 kg,在环节复杂和工期短的条件下成功实现了4栋剪力墙高层楼房的折叠爆破倾倒。工程还进一步证明楼房拆除爆破的前期试爆很重要。
