浅析黄麦岭磷矿露天爆破大块产生的原因及解决措施Simple Analysis of the Cause and Countermeasures of the Chunk Produce in Huang Mailing Phosphate Rock Open Blasting

摘要(Abstract):
目前在国内外露天矿山的开采过程中,中深孔台阶爆破是主要的生产工艺,而降低中深孔爆破落矿大块率是矿山凿岩中的一个重要课题。结合黄麦岭露天磷矿台阶爆破的生产实践,从影响爆破作用的参数等因素出发,对台阶爆破大块产生的主要位置和大块产生的原因机理进行了详细分析,并根据实际作业情况与理论研究相结合提出了单孔单响、"V"型或斜线起爆网路、在药柱与堵塞物之间形成一个空腔层等解决措施,从而保证生产的顺利进行。
