青岛地铁太延区间爆破振动控制及影响评价Blasting Vibration Control Techniques and Influence Assessment on Qingdao Metro Line

摘要(Abstract):
城市浅埋隧道下穿建筑物的爆破施工应加强爆破振动控制。针对青岛地铁3号线太延区间段隧道下穿青岛疗养区供应公司,埋深为7.4 m、围岩IV~V级、地下水丰富等特点,结合先前其他区间段隧道施工经验,对该区段隧道施工进行专项爆破振动控制设计。通过采用大直径中空直眼掏槽和减小单段最大起爆药量,合理布置炮孔间排距、优化爆破网路,对爆破振动速度进行控制。对地上建筑物振动实时监测,爆破振速满足2 cm/s的爆破振速控制标准,振动峰值速度在砖混结构建筑物顶层存在放大效应。此爆破振动控制方案取得了良好的爆破振速控制效果和工程、社会效益,可为类似城市浅埋隧道施工提供参照意义。
