爆破有害效应监测公共信息分级管理系统Public Information Classification Management System of Blasting Harmful Effects Monitoring

摘要(Abstract)：
为体现爆破安全监测工作的科学性、公正性和准确性,爆破安全监测有关资料应纳入公共信息范畴。介绍了基于互联网技术的"爆破有害效应监测公共信息分级管理系统"的基本框架、分级管理方法。通过建立省级爆破有害效应监测公共信息分级管理系统,省、市、县有关部门就可对辖区范围内的爆破项目进行宏观管理;通过建立公司级爆破有害效应远程监测管理系统,可对本公司爆破项目进行精细管理。
