混装乳化炸药便携式装药器的应用研究Application Study on Portable Loader for Mixed Emulsion Explosive

摘要(Abstract):
便携式装药器是新研制的小型混装乳化炸药装药设备,为使其更加贴合爆破现场使用需求,采用装备优化、现场试验方法,开展了现场装药爆破应用研究。结果表明:通过优化便携式装药器骨架材料、结构型式,设备重量更轻、移动性更强;结合其工作原理调整混装乳化炸药的生产配方,并在便携式装药器上进行高温、低温末端敏化试验,敏化速度快、稳定,后效不明显;对敏化后的现场混装乳化炸药进行爆速测试,爆速4460 m/s符合要求;结合新开发的60 m、■20输药管,在具有狭窄工作面、裂隙发育特性的水泥砂岩矿开展现场装药爆破试验,增稠配方装药时最高压力不超过3 MPa,无堵管、无漏药现象,爆破效果良好。
