复杂环境下框-筒结构楼房内向折叠爆破拆除技术研究Study on Inward Folding Blasting Demolition Technology of Frame Tube Structure Building in Complex Environment

摘要(Abstract):
通过对待拆框-筒结构楼房的周围环境和结构特性分析,采用"内向折叠"的爆破拆除方案。利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对预拆除后建筑结构的稳定性分析,结合应力分布状况确定预处理方案。结果表明:立柱受弯矩较为明显,钢筋在最大拉应力作用下处于弹性工作状态;框架结构内应力合理,有向中心弯曲变形的趋势,结构处于稳定状态。爆破方案选取较大炸高,在1、2、4、5层布设爆破切口,切口由上而下逐渐增大;单层20根立柱根据位置设计不同爆破参数与延期时间,采用11个段别半秒延期雷管形成的孔内延期与3个段别毫秒延期雷管形成的孔外延期相结合的爆破网路。为保证倒塌方向和控制触地振动,个别位置立柱延期时间作出了调整,结合有效安全防护和减振措施,达到了设计预期爆破效果。
