偏心不耦合装药孔壁压力与损伤效应数值模拟Numerical Simulation of Pressure on Borehole Wall and Damage Effect with Eccentric Decouple Charge

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究偏心不耦合装药孔壁压力与损伤效应,使用ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对相同装药不耦合系数(K=1.68)下同心不耦合装药和偏心不耦合装药五孔爆破模型进行数值模拟。结果表明:同心不耦合装药孔壁各测点的压力峰值与峰值出现时间基本相同,偏心不耦合装药孔壁各测点的压力峰值按耦合点到最远不耦合点的顺序减小,压力峰值出现时间则逐渐延迟;同心不耦合装药各炮孔周围上下两侧所形成的粉碎区、裂隙区范围基本一致,相邻炮孔之间裂隙贯穿效果良好,偏心不耦合装药各炮孔周围耦合侧粉碎区、裂隙区半径分别约为0.2 m和0.45 m,不耦合侧几乎没有形成粉碎区且裂隙区半径均在0.2 m左右,耦合侧损伤分布明显优于不耦合侧,相邻炮孔之间仍可以形成贯穿裂隙。
