海岛工程爆破作业安全影响因素内在作用机制分析Influence Factors and Analysis of Internal Action Mechanism of Engineering Blasting in Island

摘要(Abstract):
由于海岛自然环境复杂且特殊,一旦发生安全事故救援难度较大。研究海岛工程爆破过程中多种因素对作业安全的影响至关重要。本次研究理清了影响海岛工程爆破作业安全的24个主要影响因素,并且运用解释结构建模(ISM)构建了递阶模型。另外在此基础上,运用层次分析(AHP)定量分析得出各影响因素的权重排序。计算结果表明:在24个主要影响工程爆破作业安全的因素中,关键影响因素为违法作业、隐患排查与治理能力、安全教育培训和异常天气,其权重值分别为0.421、0.379、0.370、0.320,此评价结果使影响海岛工程爆破作业安全的各因素影响程度更具有明确性。
