地下洞室群开挖中爆炸水雾降尘的应用初探Investigation on Application of Dust-Reduction Using Spray Induced by Blast in Excavations of Underground Group Caverns

摘要(Abstract):
地下洞室群爆破开挖会产生大量的粉尘,对作业人员和环境产生较大危害,故有必要研究适合地下洞室群开挖的降尘方法。为此,采用现场试验的方法,在某地下洞室群开挖工程中利用粉尘浓度仪分别测试了采用爆炸水雾降尘方法与不采用降尘措施的爆后粉尘浓度,并对测试结果进行了比较和分析。结果表明,爆炸水雾降尘法具有较明显的降尘效果,爆后15 min后粉尘浓度降低到10 mg/m3以下。所采用的材料成本不高,且爆后易回收。因此该方法经济、环保,适合在地下洞库开挖中推广应用。
