基于三维激光扫描的掏槽爆破效果优化Optimization of Cut Blasting Effect based on 3D Laser Scanning

摘要(Abstract):
掏槽爆破是地下岩石工程中单自由面爆破的关键环节,直接决定着巷道掘进速度。本研究聚焦于地下矿巷道掘进常用的直眼掏槽形式,首先通过现场掏槽爆破试验,借助三维激光扫描仪,从腔体深度(L)与截面面积(S)的关系角度定量表征了爆后腔体特征,发现存在底部空间狭小、破碎岩石堆积等问题。为提高掏槽爆破效果,提出在空孔底部装药的优化方法。进而,基于光滑粒子流体动力学-有限元法(SPH-FEM),对该方法的可靠性进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明:采用空孔底部装药后,掏槽区中轴线的损伤区域形状由W形转变为U形,损伤区域面积显著增大;岩石碎块(粒子)的总体抛掷数量增多,且炮孔内部不同位置碎块的抛掷距离明显增大。
