水下钻孔爆破岩石各区应力的数值模拟Numerical Simulation of Rock Stress of Underwater Drilling Blasting

摘要(Abstract):
结合连续介质力学和动力非线性有限元理论知识,通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立20 m水深和无水两种情况下的钻孔爆破模型,采用多物质ALE算法,模拟得出了从孔底起爆时爆炸冲击波引起的应力响应,并根据岩石破碎机理判断出粉碎区、裂隙区和弹性振动区,在5~8倍的药柱半径范围内,由冲击波压碎岩石形成粉碎区,临界径向压应力为207 MPa左右,在10~14倍的药柱半径范围内,岩石被割裂形成裂隙区,且切向拉应力起主导作用,其临界值为16.1 MPa左右,对比分析两种模型的计算结果可知,水介质的存在会减缓冲击波与爆轰气体的衰减速率。
