宽孔距小抵抗线爆破技术在尖山磷矿的应用研究Application of Big-space and Small Burden Blasting Technology in Jianshan Phosphorus Mine

摘要(Abstract):
为改善尖山磷矿爆破质量、提高生产效率、节约生产成本,结合矿山生产进行多次试验,与原矿山爆破开挖方式对比分析,确定了更适合该矿山生产的宽孔距小抵抗线爆破方式。对大块率的统计和对振动的监测表明:炮孔密集系数m为2时,五次试验的大块率比实验前矿山原方案的大块率分别降低了10.4%、16.7%、15.6%、11.5%和13.5%,且大块的最大外形尺寸比试验前大块的最大外形尺寸总体上要小;新爆破方式下单响药量增加,但实测振动速度与原方案产生的振动速度基本持平,振动主频也与原方式下相近。试验开挖的过程中没有出现大块根底和超挖现象,优化了矿山爆破开挖方案。
