多条软弱夹层角度对边坡预裂爆破效果影响研究Influence of Weak Interlayer Angle on Slope Pre-split Blasting

摘要(Abstract):
软弱夹层易导致边坡预裂爆破出现超挖、欠挖及半孔率低等问题,明确其角度对爆破效果的影响对优化爆破参数至关重要。采用数值模拟方法,以ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元程序为技术平台,系统探究多条软弱夹层角度对预裂爆破效果的作用机制。基于岩石、节理、空气及炸药的物理特性,分别选取四类材料模型:HJC混凝土模型模拟岩石,PK双线性随动硬化模型表征节理(软弱夹层),ALE模型代表空气,HEB模型描述炸药;引入无反射边界条件以消减边界应力波反射干扰,将研究参数化以量化分析。构建三维数值模型,含8个炮孔,底部与上部台阶高分别为200 cm、1200 cm,坡面角80°;划分网格时对炮孔及附近区域加密,全局网格长50 cm以平衡计算效率与精度。模拟工况包括完整边坡、含与炮孔成45°及90°夹角的多条软弱夹层边坡,通过监测点(模型中部、底部)追踪应力变化,分析应力波传播、预裂缝成缝过程及超挖特征。最终结果显示:软弱夹层会加剧应力集中,45°夹角时超挖更严重,预裂缝平整度差、半孔率低;90°夹角时超挖程度相对较轻。软弱夹层的阻隔与吸能作用随夹角增大而减弱,随数量增多而增强。研究为含软弱夹层边坡的预裂爆破参数优化提供了量化依据。
