莲花山隧道爆破振动效应试验研究Experimental Study on Blasting Vibration Effect of Lianhuashan Tunnel

摘要(Abstract):
为了降低爆破震动效应,研究关键性因素,确保隧道爆破施工期间围岩的安全稳定性,针对莲花山2号隧道工程,采用信息化手段对现场爆破振动速度进行了多次监测。分析实测爆破振动速度的峰值,并基于LS-DYNA非线性有限元模拟软件,运用拉格朗日算法与完全重启动相结合的方法模拟了隧道开挖中爆破振动速度。对比分析实测与模拟结果,得出:山体隧道爆破掘进时,地表掌子面两侧产生了空洞效应现象,且存在区域为掌子面两侧10 m范围内,该范围内空洞效应现象随着与掌子面之间距离的增大,呈先增强后减弱直至消失的趋势,距离掌子面5 m处时空洞效应将达到峰值;同时,实测与模拟曲线显示各段位的振动速度分布较为均匀,峰值相近,表明隧道开挖过程中,装药量与延保时间的控制有效减缓了爆破振动效应的影响。
