钢纤维高强混凝土板抗爆细观数值模拟及实验研究Mesoscale Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study on Anti-explosion Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Slab

摘要(Abstract):
基于纤维随机分布特征,对钢纤维交叉判重做出改进,设计出一种不交叉重叠的随机投放方法,借助MATLAB和ANSYS/LS-DYNA联合建立包含钢纤维、钢筋和混凝土的三维细观数值模型,通过纤维体积含量为0.6%、1.2%和1.8%SFRC板接触爆炸实验验证了细观有限元模型的正确性和有效性,从实验和数值模拟两方面对钢纤维高强混凝土板抗爆进行了研究。进一步分析长径比和板厚变化对结构抗爆性能的影响,结果表明:所建立的钢纤维高强混凝土细观数值模型较好地反映结构在承受爆炸超动态荷载作用时的损伤破坏行为,随着纤维体积含量的增加,SFRC板局部抗震塌效应显著增强,且纤维体积含量和爆炸形式相同条件下,结构整体抗爆性能随着长径比和板厚度的增加而增大,损伤程度逐渐减小,各工况迎爆面漏斗坑体积变化微小,但背部剥落坑体积减小较明显,研究表明纤维体积含量为1.8%、长径比为60、板厚为11 cm时,结构抗爆性能较优。
