新苔井山隧道平行近接爆破设计及施工研究Blasting Design and Construction of Adjacent Parallel Blasting in New Taijingshan Tunnel

摘要(Abstract):
福平铁路新苔井山隧道大部分段落与既有隧道平行近接,右线至既有隧道最小净距为8 m,隧道主要为Ⅴ、Ⅳ级围岩。依据现场地质条件采用四步短台阶法光面爆破技术和循环进尺0.8 m的掘进方案,同时对掘进工作面临近既有隧道的前后一定距离进行爆破振动、边墙位移等实时监测。实践证明:对既有隧道工点采用3 cm/s的振动控制标准安全可行,在近接施工造成的既有隧道围岩应力重分布影响下既有隧道位移变形也在安全范围内,若在实时监测条件下振动控制阈值仍有放宽的余地,可以提高掘进速度。
