大跨度小净距隧道爆破振动响应研究Response of Large-span Tunnel to Blasting Vibration of Small Clear Spacing Tunnel Excavation

摘要(Abstract):
以济南市顺河快速路南延(英雄山立交至南绕城高速)建设工程为工程背景,结合现场爆破振动监测及ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立模型进行对比研究,分析小净距隧道爆破开挖中,先行洞在后行洞上台阶爆破作用下的动力响应。结果表明:先行洞三向振速中,X水平径向振速最大,且与合速度大小接近,先行洞振速由掌子面后方至隧道入口处呈现衰减趋势,提出了现场监测应根据对于X水平径向的数据调整爆破方案参数。针对济南隧道的施工条件,现场采用CD法施工方法,通过控制实际爆破单段药量、炮孔深度、超前小导管、复合衬砌超前支护等措施取得了良好的爆破效果。
