露天煤矿高温火区爆破测温技术的研究与应用Research and Application of Temperature Testing Technique in Fire Area Blasting in Open-pit Coal Mine

摘要(Abstract):
为加强露天煤矿高温火区爆破作业的安全,提高炮孔测温技术,介绍了一种全孔测温仪和孔内温度报警器的原理。全孔测温仪结合分离式红外测温技术、无线传输技术和数据自动分析技术,能准确测量全孔孔内的温度分布情况,快速记录、存储数据,测量温度范围为-40℃~975℃,可为统计分析高温火区炮孔温度分布、变化规律提供数据支撑。孔内温度报警器主要采用热电偶测温技术和温度巡检及报警技术,保证了装药过程中炸药处于可控温度范围内。通过其联合应用,扩大了高温火区爆破规模,最大爆破规模已达40个炮孔,并实现了露天煤矿火区爆破作业全过程炮孔温度监控。
