钢筋混凝土双烟囱交叉折叠倒塌爆破数值模拟Numerical Simulation of Blasting of Two Reinforced Concrete Chimney with Cross Folding Collapse

摘要(Abstract):
针对2座钢筋混凝土烟囱爆破拆除倒塌场地长度小于烟囱高度的特殊情况,拟采用双向折叠交叉倒塌的爆破技术方案。为了对所采取方案进行验证,在爆破前首先采用ANSYS建立分离式共节点实体模型,并对有限元网格进行划分,然后在DYNA环境下完成对烟囱倒塌过程的数值模拟计算,模拟结果表明所采取的方案可行、有效。实际烟囱倒塌过程、倒塌长度与数值模拟结果较为吻合,因此可认为拆除爆破前,采用数值模拟方法对爆破方案进行验证,并优化爆破设计方案具有重要意义。
