模糊多元分析法在隧道爆破参数优化中的应用Application Research of Fuzzy Multivariate Analysis Method in Tunnel Blasting Parameter Optimization

摘要(Abstract):
为了优化爆破参数,提高工程开挖的爆破效果,运用模糊多元分析法对隧道爆破参数进行优化,进而借助LS-DYNA模拟分析优化前后的爆破参数对爆破振动的影响。结果表明:优化后的爆破参数降低了装药量,单位炸药消耗量从1.627 kg/m~3变为1.020 kg/m~3降低了37.3%;模拟分析得知,优化后的爆破参数明显减弱了对围岩和衬砌的振动影响;最后将优化后的爆破参数应用到具体工程实例中,经统计得到炮眼利用率达到92%,眼痕率达到94%以上,最大超欠挖值为50 mm,与模糊多元分析法得到的超欠挖指标的输出值45 mm基本相同,各爆破效果指标均能满足该工程的实际要求。该工程实例能为其他相关类似工程提供可靠的数据和合理的建议。
