17层框-剪结构大楼定向爆破拆除Directional Explosive Demolition of 17-layer Frame-shear Structure Building

摘要(Abstract):
根据17层框-剪结构大楼的结构特点,采取将大楼分为A、B两部分延时1.2 s起爆,"向北定向倒塌"的总体爆破方案。依据现场试爆效果,炸药单耗定为1.8 kg/m3,选用孔内3400 ms、孔外400 ms高精度导爆管雷管接力传爆。结合现场踏勘情况和影像资料全面分析了大楼A区和B区的倒塌效果。结果表明:采用"分区分段"爆破拆除框剪结构大楼时,需要综合考虑各区之间的相互关系,以及剪力墙结构对倒塌效果的影响;为改善倒塌效果,应适当加强对剪力墙的预处理。此外,运用LS-DYNA动力学有限元软件,验证了爆破总体方案中切口高度和延期时间的合理性,计算得到大楼的爆破倒塌过程和堆积形态,与实际效果比较吻合。采用覆盖防护、近体防护、保护性防护措施和综合降尘手段,大大降低了个别飞散物和粉尘对周边建(构)筑物及周围居民的影响。
