月亮山隧道爆破减震试验研究Damping Blasting Field Experiment in Yueliangshan Tunnel

摘要(Abstract):
黄石月亮山隧道是典型的城市浅埋大跨度隧道。为了控制隧道开挖中的爆破震动效应,减少下穿隧道对居民区、房屋建筑结构的影响,在隧道掏槽爆破过程中,采取电子雷管逐孔孔间微差起爆技术进行爆破作业。考虑到微差时间对爆破震动和爆破效果的影响,分别选取5 ms、6 ms、7 ms、8 ms和10 ms逐孔微差时间进行试验,得出不同孔间微差时间下爆破效果,进而优选方案。结合震速、震动频率和爆破效果的优选结果表明:选取孔间微差时间为7 ms时,测点最大震动速度小于1.5 cm/s,控制在震动安全标准之内;最低震动频率高于30 Hz,与房屋结构发生共振几率较小;且岩石破碎效果较好。
