端面效应对椭圆罩线型切割器射流成型的影响Transect Effect on Jet Formation of Linear Cutter with Oval Cover

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究端面效应和装药长度对椭圆形罩线型聚能装药射流成型性能的影响特点和规律,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对方案进行了三维数值模拟,获得了不同时刻射流的成型图片。结果分析表明:端面效应使得装药形成的射流质量和速度均有一定程度的下降;在装药长度不同的条件下,端面效应对射流成型的影响也不同;当装药长度小于20 mm时,基本不能形成射流;当装药长度大于20 mm小于80 mm时,对于某一装药长度,形成的射流最大速度逐渐增大至某一固定水平,装药长度范围内可以形成比较稳定的射流。为了尽量降低端面效应对射流成型的不利影响,装药长度需要大于80 mm。研究成果可以为线型聚能装药射流成型的理论研究和装药结构的选择提供参考。
