爆炸焊接界面成波机理Analysis of Forming Mechanism of Interface Wave in Explosive Welding Processing

摘要(Abstract):
为研究爆炸焊接领域关于界面成波机理,提出了"脉冲熔池压力焊"界面成波的观点,认为爆炸焊接结合界面波是由射流冲刷的脉冲熔池和爆轰荷载共同作用的结果。通过爆炸焊接实践并结合微观测试分析发现:随着爆轰距离的加长,累积的射流质量增加,波长与波高相应增大;随着射流质量的增大和速度的降低,射流质量最终滞留在结合界面的波峰和波谷之间,严重时会使结合界面波形消失而出现低强度的熔化层;之后新的射流产生,界面波重新出现,这也是爆炸焊接超宽、超长、超厚复合板时界面局部较易出现熔化层的原因所在。
