露天煤矿高温爆破施工工艺与组织管理Construction Technology and Organization of Blasting in Opencast Coal Mine with High Temperature

摘要(Abstract):
为了安全高效地实施高温爆破作业,对高温爆破的安全保障措施、施工工艺流程和现场组织管理进行了研究和分析。首先,通过综合分析煤层自燃露天矿山地质条件、开采成本、施工效率、爆破器材性能等因素,提出从控制高温爆破环境、提高爆破器材耐热性能和优化爆破施工工艺三个方面共同构筑防火墙保障施工安全;其次,分析了高温爆破作业的施工工艺流程,其核心一是要进行大量的专项准备工作,并将爆破工艺环节中的警戒和联网前置以便缩短爆破器材留置在高温炮孔中的时间,二是抓好联网和装药两个重要工艺并明确操作标准和质量标准;最后,将安全保障措施和施工工艺要求落实到现场组织管理中并可靠执行。实践表明,通过规范化的安全措施、施工工艺和组织管理,能够实现安全高效的高温爆破作业。
