下穿隧道爆破振动作用下石油管道的安全性评价Safety Evaluation of Blasting Vibration effect Undercrossing Tunneling on Buried oil Pipeline

摘要(Abstract):
以西安成都客运专线下穿埋地石油管道的仙女岩隧道掘进爆破为背景,根据隧道与管道的空间位置关系以及掏槽孔爆破的装药结构,按照等效炸药量原理建立了隧道—管道的三维非线性动力有限元模型。利用有限元软件ANSYNS/LS-DYNA模拟管道地表的振动响应,通过与现场实测振动速度波形的对比分析,验证了模型计算结果的准确性和可靠性。以此为基础,进行爆破振动作用下的埋地管道-土体接触面的动力响应分析和管道安全性评估。研究结果表明:隧道爆破作用时,管道—土体接触面上管道的最大振动速度约为土体峰值振动速度的1.6~5.0倍;埋地输油管道的最大当量应力为102.08 MPa,远小于管道许用应力434.70 MPa,隧道按照既定爆破方案进行开挖所产生的振动不会影响管道安全。
